For anyone who doesn’t know me 😊
My name is Nicola, I am a Personal Trainer.
I work with all abilities ranging from total beginner to exercise to advanced sports professional/athlete.
I also specialise in mental health recovery through rehabilitation programmes through exercise and wellbeing.
I have worked in fitness and wellbeing for 20 years, teaching everything from spinning, body combat, pump, Piyo, insanity, aerobics, HIIT etc…
My favourite area of work is Personal Training and small group classes. I like to work with the individual understanding that everyone’s goals and targets are unique, specific and need their own programme tailored just to suit YOU. I love watching clients smash their targets, gain confidence, increases fitness whilst looking and feeling amazing. 🤩
As I would tell anyone when choosing a PT that’s right for you ….choose somebody that trains and shows their dedication and commitment to being the best version of their self.
So a little about me personally …I train at 6am before I start working with my wonderful clients each day, whilst being a mum to my 2 beautiful girls and a partner to my other half. I love life, enjoy good food, a good bottle of wine, love spending time with my family and friends and alongside that love to beast my own butt in the gym 💪🏻😝
I believe in balance, commitment to yourself , dedication to succeed , moderation and healthy living.
Am I ever going to tell you to not eat your favourite food? Am I going to tell you to give up having a glass of wine with friends? 🍷
Will I get you counting calories? 🍟ABSOLUTELY NOT
What I would love to do is teach you a lifestyle shift to help you achieve your fitness goals and maintain them whilst striking a healthy balance with food and exercise! 💪🏻💜🥊
