It’s always fun putting yourself out there on the internet and just seeing what happens! A huge thanks to all the dads who came along today- it was great to meet you all 🤩!

In November we had 2, in December we had 6 and today 11 dads joined me for a workout! We’re growing 💪!

Excited to see what February brings… 👊

As dads we have to make hundreds of choices every day about how we respond to our kids and their behaviour, often in a split second. It’s only when we make mistakes that we can properly learn how to change and respond differently. Be reflective, think about your actions and take control of yourself.
