I include movement meditations, dance, breathwork, massage, yoga nidra and sound baths, to supplement plenty of yoga and partner yoga practice!
It is such a fun yet restorative and deeply meditative practice, something I have been sharing for many years now, since 2002

Hello lovely friends.

I’m sharing something very close to my heart.
The centre I worked so hard to build up needs some urgent support, so that we can continue to help those most in-need get access to essential health @ wellbeing services.

Please help if you can 🙏🏼

Due to major cuts in funding, we’ve had to pause essential support groups for our older, vulnerable community members in addition to younger people in-need aged 14-24.

We really need your help please to support these individuals in our caring community, please give whatever you can and share as widely as possible.

The Unity Centre is a not-for-profit community focussed project, please help us to help those struggling with dementia/strokes/memory loss/anxiety/depression and neurodiverse challenges. We also support their carers, guardians & parents.
This project includes yoga, meditation, embodiment movement & coaching, infra red saunas and floatation therapy.
