Freedom Leisure is proud to be supporting alongside Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK helping to raise awareness of the importance of staying safe around water.

Throughout the week, we’ll be running water safety activities in our centres and incorporating key safety messages into all of our swimming lessons, ensuring children and young people gain essential skills and confidence in and around the water.

🎥 Don’t forget to watch the RLSS UK Water Safety Code video to learn the key steps everyone should follow to stay safe around water.

By working together, we can help educate and protect our communities, giving everyone the knowledge they need to enjoy the water safely this summer 🌊

Working towards a greener future we are committed to finding new ways to become sustainable and reduce our carbon footprint. In the last 12 months we have installed more than 5,500 solar panels across our estate, generating almost 2.5 million kilo watt hours of renewable electricity every year.

Drowning Prevention Week 13th -20th June

During the week at Prince Regent Swimming Complex we will be running a range of activites and sessions:

All swimming lessons will cover water safety skills

East Sussex Fire and Rescue will be delivering water safety lessons for stages 5+ Monday - Friday

Drowning prevention stall throughout the week

Drop in CPR sessions throughout the week

Stages 3+ should bring a T-shirt they can swim in!
