We are a licensed trainers for Rodney King's Crazy Monkey system of functional martial arts which have been specifically designed to optimise your martial arts development whilst developing skills to benefit all aspects of your life. Please get in touch to organise your introduction to CMD today. New client induction classes are starting regularly and can also be arranged on request.

It was a hot one! Goodness me. Forgive the ‘mean-mugging’ but this was me expressing how tough that was between rounds.

Starting with the shoulder roll defence we moved into CM2.0 for working in the pocket, to CM3 clinch and then putting it all together in stand up, clinch and ground.
