Resistance training - and a good diet - are the keys to burning body fat to acquire a lean look. This class is great for beginners and the experienced gym-goer. It is an easy-to-follow class to help strengthen and stretch all the major muscle groups. It is a low impact cardio strength-training program using Free-weights which are taught to be lifted in a slow and controlled manner. Any mat work is designed to improve your core muscles and enhance flexibility.
