Welcome to my page. My name is Adam O'Reilly I am a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with further qualifications in Sports Conditioning, Padwork, Suspension Fitness and Outdoor Training whilst also having a degree in Sports Studies Fitness is big passion of mine and something that I have been involved in for the past 10 years. Surfing is my main sport but recently I have become involved

in trail running taking part in events such as Tough Mudder. With this I have followed a strict gym routine for the past 5 years. I therefore encorporate many different approaches to my training to help improve my all round fitness. Through my personalised programmes I aim to achieve your fitness goals through a variety of training whilst keeping sessions fun. I cover areas of Brighton and Hove mainly but also branch out to most areas of East Sussex. 10 exercises, 50 reps of each, 500 reps in total…what’s not to like?! This workout is a grinder. Do all the reps for each exercise in turn. Chip away at the rep target and then move on when you have hit it. Do this workout against the clock and go for your best time!

"BREAK THE CYCLE"

Great class that we run at Alive fitness and Natural Health in Brighton on Wednesday's at 7pm. If you fancy a change from the norm come on down.

It's a mix of spinning and circuits...amazing for body Toning, fat loss and calorie burn during and after you exercise.
