It is time to Take The Plunge
We are back with our first level 3 long course open meet since the beginning of 2020.

Things are going to look slightly different to normal to keep everyone safe. Remember, the main thing is to have fun and swim fast!

Lane Lights
Running Saturday and Sunday evenings!

During our lane lights sessions we turn off our ceiling lights and switch on our underwater lights. With the help of a chilled playlist and by limiting access to 2 swimmers per lane we create an ambient abs relaxing environment for swimmers to swim as much or as little as they like!!
