🏆 U13s Royal Pre-Season Cup Champions! 🏆

Huge congratulations to our U13 squad, who have been crowned Royal Pre-Season Cup Champions after two days of high-quality, competitive football.

Across 6 games, the boys produced an outstanding record:

⚽ 14 goals scored 🧱 Only 2 goals conceded 🏆 CHAMPIONS

A huge congratulations also to our boy Calum Grippman, who had an unbelievable tournament - picking up 6 MOTM nominations across 6 games and being crowned Player of the Tournament! 👏🏽

Unreal potential within this group with a crazy future ahead. This is only the beginning!

After four years at EJR, we’re incredibly proud to announce that Khem Kilonzo has officially signed for Crystal Palace FC.

A creative, goalscoring winger with bags of ability, Khem’s journey is a testament to his resilience, hunger and determination.

From the moment Khem joined us, we knew his ability could take him a long way. He fully embraced our programme, worked tirelessly on his game and continued to develop year after year.

Incredibly proud to announce that Elite JR FC is now officially part of the BlueRoots network - an initiative created by Chelsea FC to bridge the gap between Academy football and grassroots football.

As part of this network, our coaches will have first-hand exposure to Chelsea FC Academy’s ways of working through CPD days and a range of development opportunities. This collaboration also allows us to add another VEO camera, further enhancing our ability to analyse matches, provide detailed player feedback, and support every member of EJR on their development journey.

It’s an honour to be recognised as one of London’s leading grassroots clubs and a testament to the growth we’ve achieved, along with the hard work and dedication of our players, parents, and coaches over the last five years.

We’re excited about the opportunities this collaboration will bring as we continue to grow and support the development of young aspiring footballers.

Our first pre-season tournament saw the majority of the club competing over two weekends, including three brand-new teams!

What a year it’s been for our players.

This season alone, our teams have travelled across Europe competing in 4 international tournaments and facing some of the top academies and clubs in world football.

We’ve proudly provided 25+ professional showcase opportunities for our players against clubs such as Club Brugge, Sporting Lisbon, Arsenal, Chelsea, FC Porto and many more.

These experiences are about more than football they’re about development, exposure, character building and creating unforgettable memories for our players.
