With experience in training clients of varying abilities from beginner right through to professional athelete, a fully qualified Personal Trainer will tailor every session to meet your individual fitness goals. Benefiting from the studios fantastic location

and also its private studio based within preston Park we can offer both studio and outside training, great views and the feeling of freedom. Equipment & Facilities:
Vibration Power Plates, Kettlebells, Trx Suspension Training, Free weights, full resistance gym machines, cardio package, Powerbag, Boxing and much more. All sessions are run on appointment basis and can range from 30min Vibration Plate training, to full 1hour Personal Training, Physio, Sports Massage sessions and fitness classes

🏆We want to celebrate our win with you! Alex and Adam will be taking tomorrow’s 10AM one off class. We’ve got ALL the toys out for this one. Some say they never see us at the same place at the same time anymore. Some say is there actually just one of us...but with a different hat on each day...What better way to find out🤣😉. If you're looking for a 45 minute workout straight from dropping the kids off we would love to welcome you to our 9:30AM classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Tuesdays Lift360 is a strength and conditioning workout. We use dumbbells, barbells, cables and bodyweight movements.
Thursdays Triple Sweat is the class to sweat. We use our rowers, bikes, ski machines, ropes and many other body weight high cardio movements.
