What a night.

Tonight's Confidence Conversation was everything I hoped it would be and more.

Suzi Grant reminded us that ageing is not something to fight. It is something to step into. Her energy, her honesty and her refusal to become invisible lit up the entire room.

Lisa Francesca Nand showed us what happens when you stop staying in one lane. From travel journalist to building multiple businesses from one passion, her story was proof that the life you want is built one brave decision at a time.

But my favourite part? Looking around the room and watching women lean in. Asking questions. Connecting with each other. Leaving a little more certain of who they are than when they arrived.

This is why I do what I do.
