Harriet achieved her 12 weeks transformation. Harriets results were mind blowing and kept adherent to her plan throughout the process.
Harriet came to me with the intentions of smashing a 12 week transformation. She was VERY clear on the goals in which she wanted to achieve and had a clear vision. Also throughout the process she wanted to learn more technical movements such as the deadlift, hip thrust and barbell squat.
Having a clear vision when approaching a transformation is so important. Harriet knew where she was slipping up in terms of her diet so the first thing we did was asses the issue and why it was causing her problems and then we started to find solutions to fix the issue.
To achieve this transformation I used a simple but VERY effective training split and approach to enable her to get her desired result.
How we approached it?
- Training split. Full body however with more of a glutes focus.
- NEAT aimed for 10,000 steps daily straight away
- Harriet was a keen runner so we scheduled a 5k and a 10k throughout
- Calorie deficit. High protein diet
- Reduced calories throughout when needed to
Harriet was delighted with her result and went on to run the Brighton half marathon soon after achieving her transformation.
Harriet has proved you can achieve these results even with an office desk job. Anything is possible when you put your mind to it.
