One of the biggest things I wish women were taught is that it’s completely normal to feel different throughout the month.

During ovulation, many women notice they feel more energetic, social, motivated and confident. Workouts may feel easier, recovery can feel quicker, and you might naturally feel more inclined to push yourself.

As you move into the luteal phase, progesterone rises. Energy may feel lower, recovery can feel slower, and suddenly the workout that felt easy last week feels much harder.

The mistake many women make is assuming they’ve lost fitness, motivation or discipline.

Often, they’re simply experiencing a different hormonal environment.

This is why I encourage women to work with their bodies rather than against them.

During the luteal phase, this might look like slightly slower workouts, prioritising nervous system support, supporting blood sugar with balanced meals, choosing decaf coffee, adding lymphatic movement and giving yourself a little more love and understanding.

Your body isn’t designed to feel the same every day of the month, and that’s not something that needs fixing 💗

So, what’s the difference between a regular pilates follow and a lymphatic focused one?

Comment ‘lymphatic’ and I’ll send you a free full length lymphatic focused Pilates class 💚

In a lymphatic focused Pilates flow, the goal isn’t simply strength or flexibility. The movements are carefully chosen and sequenced to help encourage lymphatic flow through the body.

This is why you’ll often see pulses, circular movements, breathwork, gentle inversions and exercises that use gravity to help support the movement of lymphatic fluid.

In this workout, we’re focusing particularly on the lower body and legs, where many women experience fluid retention, puffiness and that heavy feeling.

You’ll also notice we finish with breathwork. Your lymphatic system relies on movement, muscle contractions and breathing to function efficiently, which is why calming the nervous system is such an important part of the process.

Think of it as movement with intention girls ###x

If you’re dealing with hormone imbalances and quietly wondering why your body feels so out of sync.

There was a point where my energy crashed for weeks at a time…
- My skin was inflamed.
- My cravings felt uncontrollable.
- My cycle had no rhythm.

Some days I felt strong and motivated.
Other days my body felt heavy, anxious and unresponsive.

I kept asking myself WHY I couldn’t just stay consistent?

What I didn’t understand then was that my hormones were changing every week.

And I was training like they weren’t!

Cycle syncing was the first thing that made it make sense. Not as a new ‘trend’. As a framework.

Learning WHEN to push.
WHEN to support.
WHEN to recover.

That’s the method I built Sync on
• Training that adapts across your cycle
• Movement that supports hormone balance
• Strength without overstimulation
• Recovery that protects your nervous system

What started as something I needed to heal my relationship with my body is now a community of over 10,000 women doing the same.
