Hello👋members of Énergie Fitness Brighton, some of you already have met me at the gym and for the rest I am still a new face, member of staff and Personal Trainer Petru.

I wanted to properly introduce myself and let you know what I can offer as a PT.

I have trained in my family gym and other gyms since I was 13 years old and have a great love for training. Watching people live in unhealthy ways growing up has inspired me to make better choices for myself and help others to do the same.

My job as a PT is to help you to become the healthiest, happiest version of yourself and hopefully have some fun in the process. Fitness doesn’t need to be a chore and my goal is to make the gym a positive environment for everyone.

Let’s build some muscle that will help you to be happier, healthier and live a more fulfilling life💪

🔴 Our new weekly fire alarm test will take place every Tuesday at 1:30 pm. 🔴

The test should not take more than 2 or 3 minutes.

If you hear the fire alarm go off on any other day or time, then you should:

- Evacuate the gym immediately via your nearest exit

- Not stop to collect personal belongings

- Never try to silence the alarm

- Report to the assembly point —> by Dean Street
