I do not have the words to describe quite how proud I am of this young swimmer, but I’ll try!
She arrives at swimming lessons with a huge smile on her face every week, even after operations and knees that are shredded!!
She always chooses the hardest challenge in lessons and demonstrates the most incredible determination positive mindset.
Her sidekicks at this event, were so patient and supportive and actually participated alongside her as a fully inclusive event. Shout out to Matt, Bex, Bro, Acer and Tali
We are so grateful for all your donations and have raised over £1700 already.
The AFK charity rep told me that Ivy had a bike donated to her and now she has paid that forward and raised enough for another child to have a bike of their own. That’s what this is all about, a caring community, enabling not disabling, creating fantastic memories and experiences for all of us.
