Zenia founded after her own experience of burnout and hormonal imbalances. Her journey back to herself through yoga, breathwork and seasonal living became the foundation of her teaching, and the reason she now creates the spaces she once needed herself.

Each workshop is carefully attuned to the season drawing on elemental wisdom to create practices that are genuinely supportive and timely. Her sessions feel less like a yoga class and more like coming home to yourself.

Have you ever felt disconnected from yourself, carrying tension and ignoring the gentle signals your body is trying to send? We invite you to slow down and join Lauren Barri Holstein for "Coming Home to Your Body," a dedicated two-hour workshop designed to help you rediscover grounding and embodied safety.

Throughout our time together, we will compassionately explore our awareness of stress and protection patterns, leaning into movement as a powerful practice for presence and embodied listening. This session offers a welcoming space to use expression, voice, and movement as ways to give form to everything the body holds. By nurturing your own sense of choice, agency, and inner capacity, you will learn to view your body not as a problem to be solved, but as a profound source of communication and wisdom.

Hi Brighton and Hove community!

Our cosy space could be perfect for your group and we're looking to welcome a few more local practitioners/groups to our timetable.

Do you teach Yoga or Pilates, run Meditation sessions, host Mom Groups, Baby Massage, Art Sessions, or are in need of a space as a body practitioner? We'd love to connect. We're building a network of instructors who care about genuine connection, safety, and giving real individual attention to their students, just like we do.

Our studio is quiet, light filled, and fully kitted out with mats, blocks, and bolsters, making it ideal for smaller, more intimate groups of around 8.
