It’s a double celebration!

Alex, with her relentless determination, has entered the Top 10 for her age in Sussex. The hard work on and off court has certainly paid off!

Matisse, the week before was playing County Cup in Bromley and this week he was victorious in both the 8U & 9U tournaments at Preston. That’s 10 matches won in one day, without any losses!

We’re getting some superstar juniors at Hove Park!

Congratulations to Matisse for an incredible performance at the Preston 9U Matchplay last weekend!
Matisse won all 7 matches, which is no small feat, and claimed the title of overall winner!
Your hard work and dedication on and off court have paid off!
Here’s to many more victories ahead!

What a fantastic week of coaching (excluding the relentless windy conditions!)
I’m particularly happy with how this player has taken their trophy position to a whole new level! His hard work and determination is really starting to pay off, but I feel there’s still a lot more to come!

Tennis camps are the perfect way to introduce, or to improve your child's tennis over the holidays. You can book individual days or the entire camp course.

BLUE -ages 4-5
REDS - ages 6-7
ORANGE ages 8-10
YELLOW - ages 11-16

Cardio Tennis sessions are now at Hove Park!

Cardio Tennis is an engaging group fitness program featuring the heart pumping effects of tennis drills, games, and skills delivering the ultimate full body and calorie burning aerobic and anaerobic workout. Everyone is welcome to Cardio Tennis, no matter what your skill level is! The class moves along quickly, so no one will be judging your skills, and it doesn't matter whether the ball goes in or out (we do though have Beginner & Intermediate coaching groups if you want to hit the ball in more often!)

Bring along your own racket if you have one, but if not don't worry as we can supply one for the session. Wear comfortable gym kit and trainers. Don't forget to bring a water bottle too!
