Calling all Mums who want to get fitter in 2025

Are you wanting to be fitter, stronger and healthier but have been putting off as mum life has become so busy and alot of the time. Do you put everyone else first? Well this could be your opportunity to get started in 2025.

As a parent of three children (now older), I understand how tough it is to fit in time for yourself. I am now able to offer you the freedom to exercise while having you little one with you. (I am also a qualified nursery nurse so love meeting your little ones)

I train my 1-2-1 clients in my Private Studio in Mile Oak, where it is safe to bring your little one with you.

There is Free street parking and also the 1 and 1X stops right near my studio.

All you need to do now is get in touch.

Sessions can be purchased in  blocks or pay as you go.
No Extra charge for bringing your little one along with you.

Or maybe your a small group of mums (up to 4 per session) who would like to train together.

I am happy to arrange a time for you to come along and meet me, have a chat and for you to see my studio.

In the New Year I will be offering new circuit classes.
Each session will be 45 minutes long with only 4 ladies per class.
All my sessions are good for all abilities.
