Pair Training
*45 minutes £35
*1 hour £45

Small Group Classes £60 for 6 sessions
(Only 4 ladies per group)
Bootcamp £60 for 6 sessions (only in spring/summer months)

I have 2 slots available on a Tuesday at 4pm and 5.30pm for PT sessions.
I also have 1 spot on my circuit class on a Thursday at 6pm.
