things I like to tell myself when I'm training because especially as the tricks get more complex I be being a loser a LOT and for a prolonged period of time😂😂😂

just a lil something to ponder on, and thought it went perfectly with these fails from EADF😅😂I was fighting for my LIFE that week in aerial hoop hahahahaha

in all seriousness though, I hope this makes y'all giggle and I also hope it makes y'all realise that it ain't always rainbows and glory, it's actually bloody sweat bruises cry cry more sweat bruises snacks sweat AGAIN and then putting it all forwards for another day x

this was one of the first drops I ever learnt on aerial hoop, so it deserves a space on the grid for this week's ~🪁🪄STEAL MY🪄🪁~ episode me reckon😉🫶

I ADORE this scarab to front balance drop on aerial hoop, it feels like quite an accessible drop because you can really control the actual drop to front balance by really utilising one leg poking toward the bar and THEN releasing the second leg🦵and then once you've built up confidence, you just speed up the release of both legs at a similar/at the same time!!!⏰

you can also add a yoga mat to the bottom bar if dropping to the hips is what scares you!! Truthfully once the technique is there there's truly no pain at all in the drop but psychologically it can definitely help to get those first tries in there🥰🫶

As this is a drop, I'd say it is around intermediate aerial hoop level - and I'd definitely say you wanna be super comfortable in your front balance before giving this a go, but the scarab drop on hoop is SUCH a fun way to add flair into any combo/routine!!!💃🕺🧑‍🩰

it's not as scary as it looks either, this is easily still one of my favourite aerial hoop drops, so save it for later and let me know if you try it - you got this!!!🥰🥰🥰
