Still coming down from the high of our quiz social last Friday at Crossbar.

Honestly… what a turnout. Every year it somehow gets better, and this one was no exception. Seeing so many of you in one room, laughing, competing, cheering each other on and just enjoying being together reminded me exactly why this community is so special.

Seventy-Three has always been about more than just training sessions. It is about the people who walk through the door, the friendships that form, and the feeling that we are all part of something bigger than ourselves.

Moments like this really bring that to life.

A huge thank you to for hosting us. From one female-owned business to another, the vibe, the atmosphere and the welcome you gave our members was incredible. Everyone felt safe, looked after and completely at home.

Unmatched.

Thank you for having us. And thank you to every single person who came along and made the night what it was.

You might have noticed we’ve disappeared from ClassPass. That was a conscious decision.

At Seventy Three Gym, we’ve always been member first. Community first. Human first.
What we do just doesn’t align with drop in style training.

We don’t run 6 week fixes.
We’re not a class you slot in between meetings.
We’re about long term work.

Our coaching is built around the individual. Lifestyle. Training. Nutrition. Mindset. Inside and outside the gym. We meet people where they are, then we build from there with structured programming and real progression.

Having people jump into 12 week blocks now and then might boost short term numbers, but it doesn’t serve the way we coach or the standards we hold. And we care more about doing things properly than doing things quickly.

Progress lives in consistency.
Growth lives in adherence.
And mindset shapes everything.

Train like an athlete, not just a bodybuilder.

When I say athlete, I’m talking about training for life — moving better, feeling stronger, and building resilience that carries into everything you do outside the gym.

Take a simple step-up. You’re not just working your quads — your glutes, hamstrings, calves and core are all firing too, keeping you balanced and powerful. One move, multiple muscles.

And then there’s skill. Skills are where the real magic happens. Learning something new — like a Turkish get-up, a clean, or even a handstand — keeps training fun, gives you that buzz of progression, and challenges both body and mind in ways that go way beyond “just getting a pump.”

At Seventy-Three, we want training to feel like more than exercise — it’s about building confidence, capability, and that spark you can carry into the rest of your life.
