Happy new year! Ready to start 2025 with a bang?!

Sessions will recommence at Manor Road Gym on Thursday the 9th of January! 7-8pm!

I am also Excited to announce there will be a new zumba session starting in February on Fridays at Hollingdean community centre. More info soon!

First session is free and £7 a class after that!
