We’re looking for someone a bit special…

Our busy, friendly café at the watersports centre is gearing up for the season, and we’re on the lookout for a Café Supervisor to help us run the show.
This isn’t just about making coffee (although that helps!) — it’s about creating a warm, welcoming space for everyone who walks through the door. From early morning regulars to cold, windswept paddlers in need of a hot drink, you’ll be right at the heart of it all.

We need someone who:
✔️ Loves working with people
✔️ Stays calm when things get busy
✔️ Can lead a small team with confidence
✔️ Takes pride in keeping things running smoothly
✔️ Has a great eye for detail (and cleanliness!)
What you’ll be doing:
– Leading shifts and supporting the team
– Keeping service fast, friendly, and organised
– Making sure the café stays clean, safe, and welcoming
– Handling the day-to-day challenges that come with a busy environment

🌊 Expect a fun, fast-paced setting, great people, and no two days the same.

If you’re reliable, positive, barista trained, over 18 and ready to take ownership of a key role in our café, we’d love to hear from you.

To be able to work the majority of weekends is a MUST

School’s out and the countdown to the big day has officially begun!

Celebrate the magic of the season with our special Festive Family Sauna sessions – created just for you and the little people in your life.

🕒 Sessions at 2:30, 3:00, 3:30 & 4:00pm

👨‍👩‍👧 Shared 25-minute family session
(1 adult per every 2 children)
