New Beginner Introduction to Mat Pilates class Thursday 21st March at 2pm £15

Come and join us on for an introduction to Pilates!

Anyone of any age and ability can get started here on Niamh's introductory Mat Pilates class. Starting with core breathing and gentle postural movements, Niamh will take you through the basic principles of Pilates. She will help you understand what areas you personally need to concentrate on and what to expect from a beginner's course here at Purely Pilates. Mat classes are the foundation to all Pilates exercises so if you are new to Pilates this is the best place to start. We offer mat classes at different levels, in small groups so we can make sure the class is tailored to each individual. If you’ve never attended a Pilates class before you’ll need to have a 1:1 or join a Beginner Introduction to Mat Pilates class before joining the weekly group classes.

We have a new Introduction to Beginner Mat class coming up on Thursday 23rd November at 7pm with Suzy.
Mat classes are the foundation of all Pilates practice, this is the place to start if you are a beginner. We offer mat classes in small groups so we can ensure individuals get focused attention and progress at their own pace. If you are interested in joining a Beginner mat class please come along to our next introductory session.

Beginner plus Pilates class at 6pm Wednesdays at the Queen’s Hall, Cuckfield. Some experience in Pilates or Yoga is required. My classes are carefully planned so that they remain fresh and varied.
