All classes are £12 and bookable in advance.

I have over 20 years teaching Pilates and pride myself in creating classes that are enjoyable but show results. We vary the classes each week which range from weights class for strength and resistance, to more classical Pilates matwork.

Looking for a Beginners Pilates class?
I have a space in my wonderful Tuesday 9.30am class at West Hill Hall, 7 dials.
This is a beautiful space in a newly renovated hall right in the heart of Brighton.

The class focuses on technique, alignment, centring and recruiting the correct muscles. But also encourages flow of movement and functional exercises for strength and mobility. Helen, founder of HD Pilates, draws on her 22 years of Pilates teaching experience to make the class a popular and inspiring class.

Pilates with weights!!

During the Pilates courses we always include a weights class! Whether you are attending live classes or are on zoom these are an important feature of the classes.
Using the hand weights will add resistance to our usual workouts, and helps to make us stronger and more balanced.
We use more functional movements as well as incorporating some of the usual Pilates repertoire.
