Only 3 classes not happening over the holiday season.

📆 No classes tomorrow (Mon 1st Dec) or Fri (5th) as I’m on holiday 😎

And no class on 26th Dec, Boxing Day

💪 First class of 2026 is Fri 2nd Jan! 🥳

Online Coaching & Classes
🧑‍💻 And I’ll be starting to offer online coaching next year! You can expect on demand classes and I can work with you 1-2-1 too.

Every individual journey inspires me.

And the more I learn about myself, my community, and how we move, the more I try to adapt. So this space can be more supportive, more inclusive and more affirming for every single person here.
