Brighton School of Taekwon-Do We're a martial arts club teaching traditional ITF Taekwon-Do in Brighton and Hove. Taekwon-Do is the art of self-defence that originated in Korea.

Using hand and feet techniques such as punches and kicks, Taekwon-Do helps to increase your confidence, your strength and your fitness. Taekwon-Do will keep you physically active and instil a sense of achievement, as you work your way up to your black belt. As a total body workout, you will also learn effective self-defence techniques whilst burning up to 500 calories per hour. We are affiliated w

ith the International Taekwon-Do Federation and the United Kingdom Taekwon-Do Association. All instructors are DBS checked.

Today we remember General Choi Hong Hi on the 24th anniversary of his passing.

His vision and teachings continue to inspire Taekwon-Do practitioners around the world.

We were honoured to visit his resting place and pay our respects two years ago, reflecting on the remarkable legacy he left behind.

Through the dedication of practitioners worldwide, his influence continues to live on.
