Just wanted to do abit of a appreciation post to the legend that is, my Dad🤝

For those of you who don’t know, my Dad brought me up on his own since I was age 5. He played both roles as a parent and I couldn’t ask for anymore from him.

He’s always been my biggest supporter since day 1. And gave me the greatest gift he could, he believed in me.

There was one time I got matched to fight the current ABA champion (the current number 1 in the country) after finding out, I then heard he was 18 unbeaten and the real deal😅😂

On the week of the fight I still remember my Dad saying to me “you know I fully believe in you to beat this kid don’t you?” This was abit of a game changer for me it helped me start to believe in myself that bit more. And come fight night I was GAME👊

I went on to beat the current number 1 in the country that night (swipe right for photo) and like many other things in my life I’ve got my Dad to thank for it.

24KG LOSS🎉🔥

Massive 24kg loss for my client Harry.

Harry came to me wanting to get back into a shape where he felt happiest physically and mentally.

First thing we did, got him a realistic routine with his diet & training that he could work around his work and general life commitments. Once this is locked in it makes everything a lot smoother, as it changes daily habits and if im honest without realising too much installs new ones which will actually keep the weight off long term.

But in summary, nothing fancy.. good diet, 2-3 boxing sessions per week, consistency & accountability.
