Hi, Thanks for visiting!- My name is Rachel Innes and I am the Founder and Head Coach of Plumflower Taekwondo. I am also a Mum to 3 boys. I have been teaching Taekwondo for 20 years and am passionate about helping students develop their full potential. My teaching experience has covere

d all ages from age 2 up to 60yrs and beyond. I have also worked with Students with learning challenges, developing a programme to teach Taekwondo to students with autism and cerebral palsey. I gained my Black Belt in the USA in 2000 and on returning to the UK in 2001, My first Taekwondo school was Vo's 2 Taekwondo in Rottingdean where my former students now run their own school. My work includes teaching the values of respect and good citizenship. As a competitor, I have competed for Great Britain in technical taekwondo and as a Taekwondo Sports competitor on the national and international sparring competition circuit. I was national champion at the 2004 Great Britain Technical taekwondo championships and Bronze Medalist at the 2007 Great Britain Sparring Championships. As a humanitarian, I went to Sri Lanka in 2004 to help with the tsunami aid relief as part of a taekwondo group, providing food and supporting orphanages and delivering taekwondo training as well as training with the Sri Lankan Army. More recently I worked with E45 on a skin care advert in 2020 called
