From next Wednesday, our 5.30pm Yin class becomes a donation only class.
Suggested donation £5–£15 (or what you can afford), with all proceeds going to charity.
For June and July, we are supporting Breast Cancer Now 💗
This weekly class is designed to help you slow down, stretch, and support recovery alongside your hot yoga practice, improving flexibility, mobility, and overall wellbeing.
Spaces are limited to 6 people, so please book early.

Do a double! Start with Yin at 5.30pm and stay for Bikram afterwards. Yin prepares the body by releasing tension and improving mobility, helping you move more comfortably and confidently through the Bikram series while supporting recovery and flexibility.
