🌡️ CLASS CANCELLATION – PLEASE READ 🌡️

After keeping a close eye on today’s temperatures and the heat warnings, I’ve made the difficult decision to cancel tonight’s classes.

As much as I hate cancelling, your health and safety will always come first. Our classes are high-energy, and with the forecasted temperatures inside the hall, I don’t feel it’s safe for us to be exercising at that intensity and risk anyone becoming unwell 💛

Thank you, as always, for your understanding and continued support. 💛

Stay cool, stay hydrated, and look after yourselves. We’ll be back bouncing, lifting and sweating together as soon as it’s safe to do so! 💪☀️

Unfortunately, due to instructor illness, we have had to cancel all classes tonight.

We know how much you look forward to your Bounce sessions, and we don’t like cancelling unless it’s absolutely necessary.

All booked classes will be moved to the next like-for-like session, so you won’t lose your place.

I am sorry for the late cancellation, I was trying to get cover for tonight, however was unsuccessful in doing so.

Thank you for your understanding and patience. We hope to be back bouncing with you very soon! 💙🩷

After an amazing time with ((B)) Woodingdean, Laura will now be stepping away to focus on growing her own aesthetics business (which I am SO proud of her for 👏✨)

This Tuesday (5th May) will be her final class with us 💔

Laura, you’ve been such a huge part of our community, bringing the energy, the laughs and the support.
You’re going to be missed by all of us 💛

But this isn’t goodbye forever… just a new chapter ✨

Let’s give her the send-off she deserves this Tuesday 🙌

Hey team! A couple of last-minute changes to our December timetable — thank you in advance for your understanding 💛

Due to venue commitments and a few work commitments on my side, here’s what the next two Thursdays will look like:

📅 Thursday 11th December
❌ BLAST (6:30–7:15pm) is cancelled — the venue has their Christmas show running late, so the hall won’t be ready in time.
✅ BARBELLS (7:15pm) is still going ahead as normal!

📅 Thursday 18th December
❌ BARBELLS is currently removed from the schedule.
✨ I am trying to secure cover for this class — but no promises just yet!
✅ BEATS is still ON and will be taught by Laura 🎶💪

I’ll keep you all updated if anything changes.
