Move with ease and confidence as our expert teachers guide you through a range of movements to safely strengthen your core, improve posture, and ease tension in the back, hips, and pelvic floor.

These classes will provide a nurturing blend of strength and stability exercises, thoughtfully tailored to honour your changing body and growing baby✨ helping you feel more connected, more aligned, and more empowered.

Whether you’re a Pilates Queen or new to Tower Pilates, you’ll leave feeling more aligned, energized, and deeply connected to yourself and your little one.

Join us on Sunday 18th January 2026 for our Biggest Brunch: New Year Party 🎉

The morning starts with a full studio takeover - featuring a Dynamic Reformer class at 💫 powered by a live DJ. After class, we’ll head over to Redroaster at the Dome for 11am to settle in for a delicious, relaxed brunch. ☕️🥐

Food will be a boujee buffet style with bacon butties, avocado toast slices 🥑 and granola pots, plus pastries, and bottomless tea, coffee and juice.

As always, non members are welcome, just book them an extra ticket! ❤️ Brunch only tickets are also available.
