Farewell Coach Tim — Wishing You the Best in Your Next Chapter!

After nearly two incredible years with Totalfit, Coach Tim is moving on to an exciting new chapter in his journey.

Tim has been an integral part of our community — inspiring, motivating, and leading with passion every single day. His energy, dedication, and genuine care for every member has left a lasting impact on all of us. 💪

While we’re sad to see him go, we’re beyond proud of what he’s achieved and can’t wait to see all the amazing things he’ll do next. 🙌

When Julia first joined Totalfit, her goal was simple — to feel stronger and become stronger. And she’s absolutely smashing it! 🙌

From not being able to squat at all to confidently squatting with a barbell, performing 12kg x 20 kettlebell swings, and even progressing to banded pull-ups — what an incredible transformation! 🔥
