A big thank you to all the lovely hens and stags who have joined us so far this year. 💕🍻

I'm just catching up with sharing some of the amazing hen parties, stag dos and team events we've hosted in Brighton, and this one definitely brought plenty of laughter!

Our sessions are beginner-friendly and can be as relaxing or as playful as you like. We usually start with a feel-good yoga flow by the sea, and if the group is up for it, we can add fun partner poses, balancing challenges and a few yoga games to lighten things up.

The best part? You still leave feeling refreshed, stretched out and ready for the celebrations ahead.

🌊🚂✈️ Yesterday’s Shoreham Riverside Adventure!

Hi ! 😊

What a lovely community walk yesterday! The “Trains, Boats & Planes” route along Shoreham’s river was such a fun adventure. Doing it as a shared, community-led walk, with everyone following the route on their own devices, made it extra special.

💛 Big thanks to Christina Stoebi for organising it! Can’t wait to see you on Monday for the Anchor Inn walk ⚓!
