I love ((BOUNCE)) so much ❤️

I started as an attendee at my local class and remember thinking I would fall off and wet myself. Whilst I thought I was going to die during my first class, I couldn’t breath and my abs were non existent, I was loving the easy to follow routines, easier options and great music.

I didn’t die and went back for more because I was hooked. Next thing you know I was training to become an instructor and I love my job ❤️

I will be teaching forever!! Come and join me at a class and fall in love with ((BOUNCE)) like I did.

We are jumping into the 6th month of the year!

How are you doing with those new year’s fitness resolutions you made at the start of the year? It doesn’t matter if you have lost your way a bit, June is the month to Jump back into it with no judgements!

Well done this week team!

You still showed up and put the work in even with the temp hotter than abroad 🥵☀️ I’m always impressed when people still show up and get the job done!

Next week is looking cooler and half term will be over so prioritise yourself and get booked on to Blast Tuesday 7:45pm. When you book in advance you are helping yourself to stay focused and committed to your goals ❤️

How everyone has felt through classes this week but wow what an achievement for those who have still turned up and smashed a workout! ☀️🥵

Extra water breaks, lowering the level and not using hand weights has made the classes a little easier and achievable!
