Inspire or be inspired!

And if you can have them both then way to go!

I am most blessed for this feeling with this precious girl! She means to me more than words can say. We kept together through a pandemic and moving countries. Undeniably, she’s been a part of my journey and I of hers. And she still is!! Growing up beautifully and so am I!

This is not only the story of a unique connection this, is about that massive feeling of gratitude for being so inspired by the growth of this talented, gracious little lady.

If she follows her passion and keeps working with devotion as she is now, one day we will be queuing for tickets to her performance 💫

Through all the constant changes, we’re keeping each other motivated, inspired and healthy! So here’s to us little lady! ❤️

And to your beautiful mumma, who has found me and supported us all the way!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

My lovely mums, dads and friends,

It’s been a full year today since I left the UK and returned home to Romania so I can be a support for my family.

Many things have changed at my end and it’s been an overwhelming year full of unexpected circumstances. But one thing has been a constant and lasting in my life and this is Dancing and Acrobatics.

Although we haven’t been as active on social media, we never stopped in reality. We are still active together online. Fair to say that currently I am only doing a very limited number of online private lessons but once things are starting to settle down, I am looking to introduce a couple more.

All in all, I am very grateful for how life has its ways to give us what we need despite the challenges. So thank you to all of you who have supported us, to all of the beautiful children that kept our project alive and continue training with me even online.

To all of you, have a wonderful spring and don’t hesitate to stop and say hi and let me know what you’ve been up to.

Starting with Tuesday, 11th of October, part of our pilot season, a series of 4 week classes will be available for those looking to improve their overall strength, flexibility and creativity.

TUESDAYS, 11th / 18th October / 1st / 8th November

➡️ 5:30 pm - 6:20 pm - Strength & Flexibility

➡️ 6:30 pm - 7:20 pm - Acro Dance Flow & Creative Movement.

📍 this class is suitable for small spaces (min 3x3)
📍Spaces are limited so make sure to book your space

FEES:

➡️ Block Booking - 4 weeks/class: £20.00
➡️ Drop-In / 1 class: £7.00

DISCOUNT:

➡️ 20% DISCOUNT is available for BLOCK BOOKING if you book more than one class.

We are excited to announce our pilot season of AcroDance & Movement REMOTE TRAINING.

We will start this season with a 4 weeks programme in which you can explore the variety of our classes, define your objectives and start working towards achieving them.

On MONDAYS, 10th / 17th / 31st October / 7th November - the following classes will be online:

5:30 pm - 6:20 pm - Balance / Limbering /
➡️ Beginner / Improver ( Level 1 - Level 4)

6:30 pm - 7:20 pm - Balance / Limbering /
➡️ Intermediate / Advanced ( Level 4 - Level 8

7:30 pm - 8:15 pm - Combined Inverted Balances
➡️ Intermediate / Advanced ( Level 4 - Level 8

Limited spaces available (Max 8 attendants/class). Ages welcome 8+ and young adults.

As this is our pilot season you have the option to book our classes as a block of 4 weeks or as a drop-in

FEES:

➡️ Block Booking - 4 weeks/class: £20.00

➡️ Drop-In / 1 class: £7.00

Lovely mums, dads and dear friends,

Long time no see!

I know you all have been waiting to hear the news in regards to the autumn term so thank you kindly for your patience and for getting in touch.

After a long absence, I am excited to announce that starting this October, we are launching our first Remote Training Programme designed for anyone who loves dance and acrobatic movement.

We will have a variety of classes suitable for any level and any objectives delivered to the comfort of your home.

Classes will be held on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 5:30 pm ( GMT+1)

The following programmes will be available :

Mondays

- Balance / Limbering
➡️ Beginner / Improver (Level 1 - Level 4)

- Balance / Limbering / Combined Inverted balances
➡️ Intermediate / Advanced ( Level 4 - Level 8)

Tuesdays

- Flexibility and Strenght
➡️ Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced

- Acro Dance Flow & Creative Movement
➡️ Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced

Wednesday

- Tumbling
➡️ Intermediate / Advanced

Private lessons and competitional coaching will be accessible subject to availability.

Unfortunately, due to some personal matters, I will not be able to return to in-person classes this term but I am sure I will see you all very soon!
