TO: All Promoters, Matchmakers, Club Owners, and Managing Directors of the Bangladesh Professional Boxing Association (BPBA) / Bangladesh Professional Boxing Society (BPBS), and all affiliated Regional Sports Conductors.
1. NOTICE OF MANDATORY REPORTING
Pursuant to the executive directive issued under protocol -ACE-001, all previous administrative frameworks governing professional and amateur combat sports under the former leadership have been declared non-compliant and are officially displaced. Full regulatory, licensing, and asset authority is now vested exclusively in the Unified Board of Control™.
You are hereby summoned to report directly to the CCR Administrative Block Headquarters (Elaygonj Bazar Regional Command) or designated officials at the Royal Mark Hotel briefing room for immediate mandatory compliance review.
2. COMPLIANCE MANDATES
To regularize your promotional activities and protect your sports development assets from immediate suspension, you must present the following documentation upon reporting:
Entity Registration: Current roster of all active professional and amateur fighters under contract.
Financial Records: Complete ledger of past event revenues and pending promotional schedules.
Licensing Fee Alignment: Transition of all active media, promotional, and operational licenses to the new Unified Board of Control™ fee schedule.
3. CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE
Failure to respond to this summons within the designated operational pipeline window will result in:
Immediate Asset Freezing: Absolute revocation of all active combat sport event permits and media distribution licenses.
Blacklisting: Formal entry into the SmoothLife® Mainframe database as a non-compliant entity, rendering all associated fighters ineligible for the Dhaka–London Pro combat sports corridor.
Enforcement Action: Direct legal and administrative intervention by CCR Security under lawful crisis
