Consistency is everything. Your workout doesn’t have to be perfect, and you don’t need to push yourself to exhaustion in every class.
As women, every week can feel different…some days we feel stronger, more energised, and ready to push a little harder, a little lower, with a couple more pulses 😉… and that’s amazing! 💕
But the slower days matter too. The days where you move more gently, listen to your body, and simply show up for yourself are just as important- if not more so. ❤️
Progress isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up consistently, in whatever way your body needs that day.
