2020 has been a extremely challenging year but where the GPSA community has grown the most and Im so proud of every member and see hard they are working towards their fitness goals. Very soon I will be releasing my first video course 💻📲 aim to those who don’t know where to start. you will learn every single step in the process, from the contemplation phase, self assessment to programming design and technique.
know that Im not up to date on my social media and its by far my weakest side, but i will see you more often from now and so on ! have a great 2021 and SMASH those fitness goals ! stay safe & healthy my peep! 💪🏽🏋🏽‍♂️⚔️⚔️

That was the last session before this last lockdown, its taking me a while to go back to normal but after years of injuries, back & forth, lockdowns.... im happy with my current performance. goal focus and little steps, thats all you need. keep strong guys and stay safe 💪🏽.

slow progress but finally back into it. I was out completely for around 7 months till couple of months ago, so happy to train properly again and looking forward for my next goal and improve my weaknesses.
