Step into a transformative experience in our new Brighton class, where movement meets mindfulness. This class invites you to immerse yourself in the present moment, allowing your body to express itself freely and naturally. Through guided movement exercises, you'll reconnect with your inner self, embracing each sensation and emotion as it arises.

As you journey through the class, you'll discover a deeper connection to your body, releasing tension and letting go of any lingering stress. The session culminates in a beautiful, grounding meditation, fostering a sense of total embodiment and inner peace.

Join us in this safe and supportive space where you can truly be yourself, moving, breathing, and relaxing in harmony with your body and mind.

The class is both online and in person.
