OP3 member Danny had his 10 week check in today.

He has lost over a stone and dropped from a 34 waist down to a 30.

Shredded fat and is now starting to build muscle.

So last month we set our members a challenge of stating a step goal to achieve by the end of March.

Simon surpassed his 600,000 step goal and achieved 664,500 steps.

That’s on average 21,400 steps A DAY.

Rumour has it, he has no annual leave after taking the month off to walk the entirety of March 🤣🤣

Today was a special day.

It’s been 2 years today since we opened the doors of our OP3 Hove studio.

With nearly 100 active members, we’ve managed to help many achieve and surpass their training goals.

It’s days like today where it’s good to look back and be proud of what we’ve built.

OP3 wouldn’t be what it is today without the people in it.
