Hello Swimmers
I hope you are all well and enjoying your Easter break 🐤🐣🐥
By now quite a few of you will have recieved your refunds via bank transfer and those that requested cash💰 have been informed 0f where to collect it from.

Please could i ask you to send me a recieved email, to say you have had the refund.
If anyone hasn't sent me their bank details for a refund, please can you do that now.

Once again thank you so much, to those of you who have gifted me their refunds, your generosity has no bounds and i simply don't have the right words to thank you.

Even though I am still in hospital In already feeling the loss, of what i thought was a wonderful adventure

Dear Parents
it is with a heavy heart and huge sadness that I have had to make the decision to close my swim school.😥
I am still in hospital under acute care and have no date for a early discharge this in itself is a huge worry for me as im forever hoping I will be able to restart but then unfortunately cannot😥

In addition to this the T&Cs of hiring the pool have now been changed, and the actual cost of hiring has gone up too, meaning I could not teach your outstanding lessons.
without running at a loss and also having to have another one or possibly two gaps in between your remaining lessons,
I do not believe that is fair or respectful to any of you.

I will obviously refund all lessons outstanding to you all
This Maybe a slow process as the hospitals Wi-Fi is not secure.
if you can send me your childs name lesson day and your bank details in an email to [email protected]
I will try to get these processed as and when i can.
Alternatively if you are happy to travel to alresford and my home address i can arrange cash refunds instead.

So finally I want to thank you all for your amazing support both during the lessons and through my illness you have all been a pleasure to meet and work with and i truly
wish that this wasn't the end
I will miss you more than i can say 🤗

Dear Swimmers 🧜‍♀️
As most of you are aware, ive been very unwell and I am still in hospital.
Firstly i would like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart, for your kindness and loyalty.
🐧💖🐧💙🐧

After speaking with Amy, the owner of the pool, we have decided, that the best option, for both of us, will be to resume the lessons after the Easter break.
Therefore if you swim on a Tuesday you will restart on 23rd April

If you swim on a Friday you will restart on 26th April

If you swim on a Monday you will restart 29th April.

I do appreciate that this new programme may not work for everyone, so if you no longer wish to keep your space, please can you e-mail me on [email protected]
I will need your name your childs name and lesson day and time please

I can't tell you how difficult this period has been and your lovely messages, gifts and cards have really lifted me, Thank you

Hello you lovely people 😘 💑💕
As most of you know im in hospital and unfortunately have no idea as to when ill be able to leave, so lessons sadly Will not restart this Monday as hoped.
Im reluctant to give you a new date as i dont want to dissapoint people.
All i can say at this stage is, i will be back, that i promise i will give everyone their remaining lessons and i will add on a FREE one at the end, to thank you all for being so amazingly supportive, it means the world to me 🌎
Finally thank you so much for all my lovely cards and gifts💟🎁

Good Afternoon to you all.
Im having a really sad day😥 as im still in hospital and have no idea of a discharge date.
I miss all of my little people 🧜‍♀️🧜‍♂️ very much and i am desperate to get back to you all, as soon as i can.
I will keep you updated however, February 4th is looking unlikely 😢
Whilst im still in here.
Thank you for all of your lovely messages they are helping me lots.

Dear Swimmers, it's with real sadness 😓 that I have to tell you, I have been admitted to hospital for the 2nd time in a week, with my on going health condition, at this moment in time i have no idea when I will be home or well.
So alongside the pool problems, we have experienced, I've decided to cancel all lessons until Monday 4th February that should hopefully give me time to get well and the pool the settle down.
All lessons cancelled will be added to the end of the course.
I really hope you can understand and support my decision.
Please be assured your children and swinning means the world to me and i will return stronger and better for you all

Good morning, unfortunately lessons will not be running tonight due to a technical problem with the pool, Hopefully things will be back to normal for Friday.
