FIGHT KLUB Fight Klub is a high intensity dnb workout that makes getting in shape an addiction. The workouts are built around a freestanding professional grade punch bag.

FIGHT KLUB is the high-intensity, fun workout that everybody’s talking about! Set to drum & bass music, the program is a combination of boxing, kickboxing and Thai boxing. You’ll be using simple combinations of kicks and punches whilst keeping time with the high energy beat. FIGHT KLUB Colchester is run by instructor Carrie Grant, who fell in love with the concept and, with sheer determination and

PROPER FEST 2026 has teamed up with FIGHT KLUB – The Number One Drum & Bass Fitness Brand to kick off the festival with a high-energy, Pre-Festival Takeover to promote Healthy Raving and bring awareness to the essex recovery foundation who support those in recovery.

At 11:00am, the Fight Klub Clacton team will lead a mass participation Drum & Bass workout for the Fight Klub community before the festival officially opens.
