No training Tuesday. Rest up and recover.

I just wanted to say how proud and grateful I am to all of you. It's been an experience coaching an adult rugby team but you have all made it amazing. Thank-you to those that are at training and games week in week out, it doesn't go unnoticed. To those of you that come straight from work or have to go straight to work after, rearrange things just so you can be there. I can't wait to get stuck in next season.

Please please please make sure you get yourselves to training on the 21st there's things that need work before the cup games and I'd like some silverware.
