With another heatwave forecasted, I will be closing the fishery until at least the weekend.

With the forecasted heatwave over the next few days, I've decided to close the fishery until at least the middle of next week. Hopefully this will be less stressful for the carp without the additional pressure from anglers.

We now have a net dip to help protect Thorncross Lake from viruses and other nasties. Even if your nets and mats are completely dry it is now a requirement that you dip them when entering the fishery.
