Warley Road Primary School Halifax, HX1 3TG, Every Thursday from 6pm till 7.30pm

Lightcliffe Academy, Brighouse, HX3 8TL every Saturday from 3pm till 4pm.

Years of training and hard work do pay off in the end.

Many people start their Martial Arts journey, but very few stay the course, so it is even more meaningful when eight of your students reach their 1st Dan Black Belt.

Well done to the students who recently passed, your new Doboks are waiting for you.

Some of our students and instructors still grading and competing in March

What a busy weekend we have just had

On Saturday 25th March, 3 senior Blackbelts in the club travelled to Ellesmere Port for their grading.

The Grading panel consisted of a 7th Dan, 6th Dan and 5th Dan, led by Mr A Van Littlejohns.

Assistant Instructors Nicola Blay and Olivia Avery-Shiel were successful in there assessment and were advanced to 3rd Dan. Also successful was lead instructor Neil Capper who was advanced to 4th Dan,

ON Sunday, 4 members of the club attended the International Taekwondo Council's Northern Championships in Oldham.

Isla George took Gold Medal in the Peewee point stop sparing division, Ajen Heer too Gold in the Speed Kick, silver in Patterns and Silver in Point stop sparing, Jasminder Heer took Gold in Point Stop Sparing and Silver in Speed Kick and Lee McGrath too Bronze in Patterns and Silver in Point Stop Sparing.

Well done to all of you , very well deserved medals
