As of Monday 7 April, I’ll be teaching from a new venue, CLASSFIT, a boutique fitness centre in Gomersal. The last R1DE from the studio in Brighouse will be Wednesday 26 March.

Run by a close member of the family, Harry, CLASSFIT is a small, indepedent gym that specialises in class-based sessions including BoxBurn, Hyrox, Reformer Pilates and now indoor cycling.

I’ll be teaching Monday & Wednesday evenings, 6.15pm, as well as on a Sunday, time tbc. Other indoor cycling classes will be available during the week too!

We’ll be moving the bikes and technology to CLASSFIT, so you’ll get the same experience, just in a smaller studio environment but with the benefit of added classes. So, if you have ever fancied Hyrox or Reformer Pilates, now is your chance.

There will be membership options available to all, together with one off drop in fees and passes that cover blocks of 10. All classes are booked via an App (gymflowmembers) which is incredibly easy to use.

Throughtout October we're offering all new and returning pay as you go riders a free spin, every Tuesday. Whether you have tried a class in the past or never been to the studio before use code RIDETUES (it's a letter i not a number 1) to book for free. You can use it every Tuesday for the next 4 weeks, that's right Tuesday's are free in October!

Our fantastic instructor Rob will be there to meet you, show you through your bike set up and guide you through a shorter session so you can get a feel for the bikes and get a sweat on.
