Are you all keeping active ?

Practicing those long kicking legs in the bath , blowing you’re bubbles and reaching your long arms one after the other.
Please have a look on Swim England website and Pinterest they both have some fantastic swimming tips .

Hi everyone am sure you know what this message is going to be about.
With a heavy heart , I'am in a no win situation here and have no other alternative to FREEZE all swimming lessons until this horrific pandemic is over !
Please, please let my little sharks and mermaids know I will miss them so much !
I will take this on this chin and and won't let you be out of pocket for lessons , I have had to cancel. ( 2 weeks )
Please friend " swim and Shine" on fb. Where we can all keep in touch .
But most of all stay safe and look after one another !
