5TMA is a professional, family run school, teaching a combined Martial Arts Education, incorporating Taekwondo, Weapons Skills and practical self defence. The Academy has been established in the North Lincolnshire area since 1988, and has been under new ownership since July 2018. Our full time studio features:

-Fully Matted Training Area
-Changing Rooms
-Spectator Area
-Tea and Coffee Facilities

...It’s a scary world out there isn’t it? Every day we face challenges that were unheard of just a few short years ago. An increase in unhealthy lifestyles. But it doesn’t have to be this way. A solution exists. And it’s easier than you think. Currently we have over 150 members and have seen 100’s of students graduate to Black Belt. We would like to offer you a great way to improve not only your own life, but those of your family and friends also. Reason # 1 - Courage
At 5TMA, you and your family will learn to set goals and achieve them. You will encounter a healthy, positive, atmosphere in which to learn and grow. As we sure you already know, self confidence is built on achieving goals, and positive reinforcement of those goals. Reason # 2 - Commitment
Commitment seems to be a lost skill to many. As adults it gets harder to stick with fitness and nutrition programs. The skill of commitment, following through and sticking with things is a skill we all need to improve upon. At 5TMA we teach the importance of fun and commitment. The excitement of sticking to a goal and realising the positive benefits of following through. Reason # 3 - It’s FREE. We are confident in our Instructors, our style of teaching, and beliefs in the Martial Arts training, that's why we offer free introductory classes so you can try it out for yourself to see if it is the right thing for you. Our classes cater for all ages 4 years and upwards, all abilities and experience levels, all fitness levels, male and female. We have a special class for 4 - 6 year olds and also have family classes, as well as different classes for different ability levels, so our classes are perfectly designed to cater for the individual.
