Another fantastic day at the annual UK Goksel Ving Tsun Kung Fu seminar!😏👌💪💯😎
We covered so much from Si Nim Tao ideas to Chum Kui and Dummy applications but with principles and science leading the direction of how we apply the skill, even pole and knife work as well!
So much hard work from everyone, it was hot as hell but everyone give it 💯 all day, from 12 till 6 pm🤯👊
With 9 different lineages from all over the uk, London to Scotland it’s just been a fantastic experience once again🔥
Tomorrow is another day with another group ready to smash it💪 again a massive thank you to Goksel Sifu for everything, now time to relax and prepare everything ready for tomorrow🙂🙏🙏🙏
