After training with us following our Strength & Conditioning programme for the last couple of years, both have now been selected for the NLD team and both picked up awards at their first year Colts presentation.

Talent will always play a part and these two are exceptional rugby players, but what really sets them apart is their attitude.

Disciplined. Coachable. Responsive. Hard working.

They’ve fully committed to the process and alongside our coaching have developed into some of the most dynamic players on the pitch ⚡️

The scary part? They’re only just getting started.
